Partner with an experienced home health OT.
Follow care plans; work 1:1 to improve function, ADL, IADLs.
Educate patients, families in rehab care to support health, safety, independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
Travel within coverage area; flexible per diem/part/full-time options.

🎯 Requirements

Be licensed as a Colorado COTA.
Graduate from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program, or equivalent.
Two years’ experience as a COTA; proficiency exam if required.
At least 1 year supervised by a qualified OT.
Willing and able to travel in assigned territory.
