📋 Description

Partner with an experienced home health OT
Follow care plans and work 1:1 to improve function, ADL & IADLs
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to support safety

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii OTA license
Willing to travel in assigned territory
Graduate of AMA/AOTA accredited OTA program
Two years OTA experience; proficiency exam if initial qualification before 1977
At least one year supervised by a qualified OT
