📋 Description

• Process prescription data entry (electronic, faxed, verbal) per Blink protocols.
• Be point of contact for provider communications (outbound & inbound calls).
• Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers; patient calls excluded.
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, Incident Coordinator.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Pharmacy Technician or related experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required before joining.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service role.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude; able to learn complex software.
• Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or in-training; Idaho Board registered.
