Certified Pharmacy Technician- Closed Door | Onsite- Pittsburgh

📋 Description

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications; handle outbound/inbound calls
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers; patient calls are not part of this role
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and state/federal laws
• Rotational 40-hour weeks; shifts 8 AM–9 PM EST Mon-Fri; Sat 9 AM–5 PM EST

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Active PA Pharmacy Technician license or willing to obtain before start
• Professional phone presence in a support role
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
