📋 Description

• Provide outbound refill calls and assist patients through the refill process.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians to clarify prescriptions.
• Coordinate medication refills, ensuring correct days' supply.
• Triage inbound inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Document work across systems and manage data in databases.
• Support adherence, inventory, and storage requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Active state registration as a pharmacy technician.
• Nationally certified CPhT preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Solid computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
