📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Change, Configuration and Release Management for NEC
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team
• Monitor KPIs and CSFs to align with IT strategy
• Maintain CMDB and Configuration Items; ensure accuracy
• Ensure ITIL-aligned end-to-end service and SLA adherence
• Support bids and develop service offerings with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• ITIL-based service management experience
• Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of ISO 20000
• Ability to lead and mentor teams
• Strong communication and business writing
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications
