Change, Configuration & Release Analyst

📋 Description

• Join our IT Service Delivery Department at NECSWS as a Change Configuration & Release Analyst.
• Our team ensures IT services are deployed, monitored, and continually improved for colleagues and customers.
• This role is working on a hybrid basis from Hartlepool.
• You’ll work on the Change, Config & Release Team, managing the lifecycle of changes to internal and external IT systems from planned to emergency.
• Your role is to assess risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis desirable).
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3.
• Release/Change analysis experience, incl. scope, risk, impact.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and Service Delivery processes.
• ITIL v4 Certified
