Change, Configuration & Release Analyst

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in Hartlepool, UK.
• Manage lifecycle of changes to IT systems (planned to emergency).
• Assess risks and coordinate stakeholders for changes.
• Ensure smooth implementation with best practices.
• Review and validate change requests and impact assessments.
• Host and document change-related calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis desirable).
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3.
• Experience in Release and/or Change analysis; evaluate scope, risk and impact.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and Service Delivery processes.
• ITIL v4 Certified.
