Change Control Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio, coordinating
• Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes across the portfolio, ensuring
• Run the change control process end to end: intake requests, assess scheduling conflicts and risk
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between maintenance activities, equipment changes, and
• Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming changes and maintenance so leadership and site teams
• Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage across all sites, accounting for

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, project coordination, or a similar
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple overlapping calendars and stakeholders
• Experience with change management or maintenance management systems (CMMS, ITSM/change management
• A sharp eye for data quality — comfortable auditing datasets, spotting inconsistencies, and driving
• Clear, proactive communicator who can work across engineering, operations, and leadership audiences.
• Comfortable working onsite at a data center facility, including coordinating with site operations
