Change & Implementation Lead - Banking Transformation - 6 Month FTC

📋 Description

• Lead implementation of a new Target Operating Model in a major banking transformation.
• Guide transition from design to operational delivery with programme leadership.
• Manage implementation plans, business readiness, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Partner with programme teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth handover into BAU.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.
• Drive adoption of new processes and ways of working into business as usual.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading implementation activities across large banking transformations.
• Track record delivering business change from planning through to operational implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technology teams.
• Experience coordinating complex delivery programmes, managing risks and business readiness.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem solving skills in regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with structured implementation or change management methodologies.
