🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in change management or related field; management consulting preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Executive presence and ability to partner with leadership.
• Proven track record in large-scale change in complex environments; transformation experience a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or certifications are a plus.
