📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives, assess organizational change
• Lead change management activities throughout the WorkForce Software implementation, ensuring
• Apply structured change management methodologies, including the Prosci ADKAR® model, to guide
• Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate organizational readiness, identify potential risks, and
• Develop and maintain actionable change management deliverables, including communication plans
• Design and coordinate communication initiatives that clearly explain the purpose, benefits, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a
• Prosci certification in Change Management and a strong understanding of the Prosci ADKAR® model and
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, preferably
• Comprehensive knowledge of change management methodologies, organizational development principles
• Experience developing and executing change strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments
• Proven ability to create and deliver communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance
