🎯 Requirements

3 or more years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners in a
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional people programs, including career development
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear
