📋 Description

• Conduct change management assessments and develop tailored strategies for informatics and
• Create transition and implementation plans, integrating change activities into project plans
• Develop key change deliverables, including communication plans, change roadmaps, coaching plans
• Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders across central offices, regional networks, medical
• Support senior leaders and stakeholders through organizational changes and help establish effective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; degrees in organizational psychology, business
• At least 6 years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, or
• Demonstrated experience developing change management deliverables such as communication plans
• Strong stakeholder analysis and engagement skills, including experience working effectively with
• Proven ability to assess user readiness, measure adoption, define success metrics, and translate
