Change Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver end-to-end change management across the delivery lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Apply and tailor change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR) to client context and culture.
• Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis for clear plans.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, delivery and business teams to embed change into delivery cycles.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide practical recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience applying Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
• Strong understanding of change tools: impact analysis, stakeholder analysis.
• Proven delivery of change within Disciplined Agile and IT-enabled programs.
• Ability to own and deliver end-to-end change across multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication at all levels.
• Experience guiding clients and building change capability.
