Change Manager - Banking Transformation - 6 Month FTC

📋 Description

• Lead change management across a large Third Party Risk Management transformation.
• Deliver change impact assessments and readiness plans across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and execute communications and adoption plans for the Target Operating Model.
• Partner with leadership and delivery teams to embed new processes and ways of working.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks and advise on readiness and success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven change management in large banking transformations.
• Experience leading business readiness, stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies and adoption best practice.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with regulatory, procurement or tech transformation is desirable.
