• Act as the Change Manager to the Client Delivery teams and customers, providing structured change

• Proven success in the delivery of complex change initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Experience in creation of change management strategies and plans, tailored and targeted to the size
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to be able to engage, influence and partner
• Experienced leader, with the ability to inspire others and hold others accountable.
• Strong capability to identify and align priorities to business strategy.
