🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience driving software adoption, customer success, change management, or similar
• Proven ability to influence non-technical, time-constrained users to change daily behaviors, not
• Strong understanding of change management, user adoption, customer engagement, and behavioral
• Ability to connect user activity and adoption metrics to commercial or financial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment; ability to prioritize accounts with adoption gaps, low usage, or
