📋 Description

• Contract Elections Organizer for Change.vote to build partnerships and drive traffic
• Manage recruitment, negotiation, and onboarding of distribution and endorsing partners
• Work with campus interns for distribution in target markets
• Report to Partnerships Lead and coordinate with Change.vote ecosystem
• Identify and build relationships with civic/advocacy groups; coordinate distribution moments

🎯 Requirements

• Existing network of civic or advocacy contacts, ideally local/field-level
• Comfort with cold outreach and closing relationships independently
• Experience managing volunteers or interns
• Ability to work independently and adapt tactics without a rigid script
• AI experience is a plus; bilingual (English and Spanish) is nice to have
• Target experience: campaign or advocacy work in organizing, field, political, comms, or marketing
