Changeover/Conversion Day Crew (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• Assist full-time crew to reconfigure arena, floor, and concourses for events.
• Set up and tear down equipment: risers, staging, basketball floor, hockey glass.
• Support changeover crew in preparing the facility for events and games.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Safely use hand tools including a drill and circular saw.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous construction and/or carpentry experience.
• Previous changeover experience in an arena, stadium, or concert hall.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Stand for up to 8 hours; kneel, stoop, climb stairs and reach.
• Lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs regularly.
