📋 Description

• Build and lead EliseAI's channel and alliances motion--the indirect, ecosystem-driven engine that
• Design and execute the partner strategy, program architecture, economics, and execution to turn
• Build the channel & alliances program from 0 to 1, including partner segmentation, tiering
• Source, negotiate, and launch high-impact channel and alliance partnerships across resellers
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable growth channel, tracking
• Stand up the operational backbone for scaling, including partner onboarding, deal flow

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a proven
• Demonstrated experience building a channel or alliances motion from 0 to 1--designing the program
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to model partner economics and
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence
• Experience with APIs and technical integrations strongly preferred, given the ecosystem and
• Ability and willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week.
