• Identify and expand critical relationships with 15+ named partners.
• Expand partner community in North America to accelerate growth.
• Develop, retain, and own Five9’s strategic partner relationships.
• Establish engagement models for ISVs and development partners.
• Develop and execute plans promoting partner branding with Five9.
• Align with Five9 Sales to elevate partner visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software sales, partner development, or BD in a cloud env.
• Strong emphasis on software sales and partner processes.
• Proven ability to build and grow business relationships.
• Strong operational and analytical skills; KPI insight.
• Excellent with project management and problem solving.
• Exceptional communications; public speaking and writing.
