📋 Description

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard reseller and distribution partners across UK&I and EMEA.
  • Drive joint business plans, enablement initiatives, and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver end-user engagement via co-selling, events, and training.
  • Strengthen partner capability via education, marketing collaboration, and planning.
  • Represent FireMon at trade shows and partner events.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to exceed bookings goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading channel or territory management in cybersecurity.
  • Established relationships with distributors (Exclusive Networks preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills; able to drive multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, positive approach to teamwork and partner success.
