Channel Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Build and launch Shopify growth programs to generate qualified pipeline.
• Own strategy, design, execution, and scaling of growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, and leadership.
• Remote-first role; NA preference; coordinate with global teams.
• Create repeatable playbooks to scale growth channels globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, partnerships, business development in SaaS/ecommerce.
• Built and scaled programs from scratch: referrals, ambassadors, partners.
• Strong strategic/operational mindset; turn ambiguity into plans and tests.
• Experience designing incentives and scalable operating processes.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder mgmt; influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable working independently in remote-first, fast-paced env.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce ecosystem.
