Channel Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Onboard new partners into systems, keep agreements, contacts, and tiers current, and close out
• Receive deal registrations, check for conflicts, route for decision, and communicate outcome to
• Ensure every partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunity carries the right source, partner
• Build and run weekly partner pipeline report for scorecard
• Track partner referral earnings and prepare payouts for approval and accounting
• Handle event registrations, badge lists, shipping, and ensure all contacts enter CRM within a week

🎯 Requirements

• One to two years in sales operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or partner support at
• Daily working experience in a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time
• Spreadsheet skills strong enough to build a report someone else can trust
• Written communication that partners can act on without a follow-up call
• Attention to detail that holds up on the hundredth record
