Channel Partnership Representative

📋 Description

• Shepherd inbound referrals from partnership managers to AEs, ensuring meetings get booked and deals
• Act as the liaison between partners and AEs to optimize referral conversion rates.
• Track and report on referral performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage partner-sourced prospect lists to drive outreach efforts that generate new business and
• Maintain clear organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of
• Occasionally attend partner events (alongside an AE or partner channel manager) to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS preferred).
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity — this is a new, evolving role.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and referrals.
