📋 Description

• Actively manage multiple sales motions (co-selling, reselling, etc.) alongside partner sales reps
• Serve as a strategic deal consultant to guide sales teams on navigating complex health plan partner
• Identify and unblock deal friction throughout the buyer journey to accelerate deal velocity and
• Serve as the ultimate business owner for your assigned partner portfolio, orchestrating long-term
• Proactively manage the overall health, performance, and strategic alignment of each partner
• Establish multi-year partner growth roadmaps that align partner incentives with Lyra’s overarching

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in direct enterprise sales (Quota-carrying AE/AM), strategic
• Deep health plan expertise & political acumen: Substantial experience operating inside or
• Proven track record of quota ownership or direct accountability for revenue targets (New ACV
• Demonstrated deal-level strategy skills: Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles
