📋 Description

• Provide proactive support to partners during renewals.
• Coach partners on the renewal process with thorough training.
• Track renewal progress and report activities and outcomes.
• Enter partner renewals into the client portal and document issues.
• Leverage predictive analytics to identify renewal opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of sales or renewals experience.
• Japanese Business Language Certificate (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Full availability to support operations during APAC business hours (Philippine Standard Time).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and MS Office (Word).
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
