🎯 Requirements

Two (2) years of experience, preferably in sales or renewals position
Japanese Business Language Certificate (Mandatory)
Excellent telephone and written communication skills in English and Japanese
Full availability to support operations during APAC business hours (Philippine Standard Time)
Proficient in Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
