• Main contact for UK and Europe IC sales teams; respond within SLA.
• Enable entrepreneurs to build their businesses; their success is your success.
• Support and relationship building with contractors across the region.
• Identify and resolve blockers by working with internal teams.
• Provide product knowledge, pricing, sales collateral, and technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support, or customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management.
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics.
• Preferred: experience working with self-employed contractors, distributors, or channel partners.
