Build and maintain Excel reporting models that distill complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into metric fluctuations with data-backed root-cause analysis.
Be internal SME on SFP requirements and metric weighting; advise cross-functional teams.
Identify emerging risks to Prime Badges and lead corrective action plans.
Partner with Content and CX teams to align workstreams with channel goals.
