Oversee facial performances, dialogue scenes, and action-driven performances.
Collaborate with Art, Design, and Engineering to set pipelines and standards.
Define production guidelines and animation standards for facial and dialogue scenes.
Optimize motion capture and keyframe pipelines; solve technical challenges.
Improve quality and expressiveness of character performances.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film, Directing, or related fields.
3+ years as Animation Director/Performance Animator; portfolio required.
Deep understanding of cinematic language and emotional storytelling.
Proficiency in motion capture, keyframe, and in-engine integration.
Cross-functional collaboration with Art/Design/Engineering.
Experience establishing animation standards and workflows.
