• Definition of target profiles in collaboration with Business Managers
• Writing and publishing job offers
• Identification of candidates via job boards, social networks and other recruitment channels
• Phone screening and pre-qualification of candidates
• Scheduling interviews with Business Managers, with possibility of conducting joint interviews
• Tracking applications

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5)
• First job experience
• Interest in recruitment
• Familiarity with industrial engineering and engineering would be a significant plus
• Curiosity, service orientation, dynamism and strong work capacity
