Charging Automation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead automation and testing for EV charging features across development, energization, and
• Serve as primary technical lead ensuring integration between vehicle controls, charging hardware
• Define and enforce quality standards; integrate automated tests into CI/CD for reliable charging
• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation to reduce manual testing and streamline commissioning.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, feature owners, and external commissioning vendors
• Prioritize safety, especially around high‑voltage systems and on‑vehicle testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or
• 5+ years in automation/scripting with strong Python and experience with Autobot or similar.
• Extensive experience with electrification features, EV charging deployment, and commissioning
• Strong CI/CD understanding and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps; proficient with Git.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across hardware‑in‑the‑loop and in‑vehicle testing.
• Excellent communication of technical issues, project status, and strategic recommendations to
