Charity Registrations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assist Marketing Activations to manage the Charity Donation Partner Program (NSW/VIC/TAS).
• Collaborate with the Charity Partnerships & Sustainability Manager to help charities register.
• Maintain relationships with charity partners; respond to queries.
• Onboard charity partner registrations; verify and assist with forms.
• Be the first contact for charity inquiries (phone or email).
• Support CPSM communications and donation reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Data entry and administration experience.
• Passion for environment and sustainability.
• Interest in not-for-profit organisations and social causes.
• Excellent time management.
• Attention to detail; able to work accurately on repetitive tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
