Charles River IMS Support Analyst, L&G - Asset Management, America

📋 Description

• Provide expert-level support for Charles River IMS (CR IMS) in US region.
• Lead incident triage; collaborate with CRD, SST Alpha, and LG teams.
• Monitor performance, data integrity, and compliance within CR IMS.
• Coordinate testing for patches, upgrades, and DR exercises.
• Train users and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Drive service improvements and backlog management with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in CS or equivalent experience.
• CR IMS or front-office system support experience.
• Knowledge of T-SQL, cloud (AWS/Azure), SNOW/ITIL.
• Experience with trading/workflow concepts and data sources.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with vendor platforms (Portware/Flextrade/Bloomberg EMSX/TSOX).
