Charter Broker (Helicopter & Private Jet)

📋 Description

• Identify and develop new charter opportunities through existing networks, corporate outreach
• Manage the complete charter sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification through
• Source suitable helicopters and private jets by maintaining and expanding a reliable network of
• Negotiate competitive aircraft availability and pricing while balancing client requirements
• Prepare tailored quotations, flight itineraries, and proposals that meet client expectations and
• Coordinate with operations teams on confirmed bookings, passenger manifests, ground handling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in aircraft charter sales, aviation broking, private aviation
• Demonstrated expertise in helicopter and/or private jet charter, with a strong understanding of the
• An established network of clients, aircraft operators, brokers, FBOs, or other industry contacts
• Proven ability to generate business, negotiate high-value contracts, manage commercial
• Strong commercial judgment and an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of additional regional
