Chatbot Developer – Conversational AI

📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents, from
• Maintain and optimize existing Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 implementations while contributing to the
• Design and implement enterprise API integrations using MuleSoft as the central service layer for
• Integrate conversational experiences with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
• Develop rich, dynamic conversational interfaces using Microsoft Dynamics Adaptive Cards, knowledge
• Build escalation and handoff workflows that connect users with live agents through Salesforce Live

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of dedicated software development experience with a focus on Conversational AI
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4, including Waterfall Dialogs, custom
• Experience with, or strong theoretical knowledge of, Copilot Studio and Agents 365.
• Advanced programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Frontend development capabilities using HTML and CSS, particularly for custom web-chat experiences
• Direct experience integrating enterprise systems through MuleSoft, including data exchange with
