Chatbot Developer (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)

📋 Description

• Build and deploy chatbots for messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack).
• Design conversational workflows, dialogue states, fallbacks, and user interaction logic.
• Integrate chatbots with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for NLP interactions.
• Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, payments, booking platforms, and 3rd-party APIs.
• Manage webhooks, auth flows, API limits, message formats, and platform templates.
• Debug, optimize, and improve chatbot implementations for reliability and UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in backend development, automation, integration or chatbot engineering.
• At least 1 year building bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, or similar.
• Strong Python or Node.js programming skills for bot logic and automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, async requests, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL DBs for conversation context and user data.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt design is highly valued.
