Check Reconciliation Specialist

📋 Description

• Process and match incoming check payments received through a bank lockbox against outstanding
• Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches, maintaining complete records and ensuring every check
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including short payments, overpayments, duplicate
• Identify and process appropriate refunds or credits for overpayments and incorrect check amounts
• Collaborate with Customer Support to communicate payment issues, address customer inquiries, and
• Identify recurring reconciliation errors, investigate their root causes, and implement process
