📋 Description

• Preparation and execution of all event catering relative to food and beverage
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other specification information
• Participate in company-wide cost savings initiatives
• Cooperate with implementation of cooperative training programs
• Display passion for increasing knowledge of the culinary field through collaborative development
• Responsible for constant sanitation, kitchen organisation, food handling and cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in working in kitchen/back of house operations is desirable however if it’s your
• High volume catering, complex food service operations experience is desirable
• Fine dining experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of café operations is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production
• Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities inclusive of following up
