📋 Description

• Define and document the application run model specific to products integrating AI
• Formalize all ITIL processes: supervision, incident/problem management, and change management
• Structure AI-specific processes: model management (drift, re-training, versioning)
• Define roles and responsibilities matrix (RACI)
• Set up SLAs and operational performance KPIs
• Organize, pace, and lead daily operations (operational rituals, incident tracking, reporting)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, project management, or equivalent
• Significant experience in managing complex IT projects and IT operations/production
• Knowledge of run model implementation (ITIL or equivalent) and Agile methods
• Technical: good understanding of modern application environments: Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Plus: Sensitivity or first experience in AI model lifecycles (MLOps) and regulatory constraints
