📋 Description

• Perform laboratory techniques according to written procedures
• Duties may include: sample reception, sample preparation, sample reduction, sample dilutions
• Calibration and set up of equipment prior to analysis
• Maintain and record equipment calibrations
• Interpret and evaluate all results
• Carries out routine equipment maintenance under the direction of the technical manager

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a BSc degree (or equivalent) is required
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting is required
• Previous experience using a variety of geochemical instrumentation is a strong asset
• Previous experience in statistical evaluation is required
• Previous experience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is preferred
• Previous experience in a Quality Control related role is preferred
