📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day lab operations, ensure timely sample processing
• Drive performance, efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Manage, coach, and develop lab team
• Provide technical leadership in analytical chemistry
• Oversee instrumentation including GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP
• Ensure UKAS, quality, and HSE compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP
• Proven team leadership and performance management
• Experience in analytical testing or lab environments
• Knowledge of UKAS, ISO 17025, and HSE
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
