📋 Description

• Work as part of the personal care and companionship team in BAYADA Home Health Care.
• Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care and support at home.
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, and daily living tasks.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily routines as needed.
• Deliver compassionate care to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a great employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience (preferred).
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients and families.
• Strong communication and reliability; comfortable with daily living activities support.
• Comfort with a flexible schedule and varying shifts.
