📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
• Support clients with activities of daily living and household tasks to help them stay independent
• Assist with daily activities and provide a great employee experience while being valued and heard.
• Care for adults in their homes within BAYADA’s ACSP division counties (Camden, Burlington
• Interviews are available NOW; flexible shifts (day, evening, weekend) offered.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license in good standing with the board.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and provide compassionate, quality care.
• Excellent empathy, patience, kindness, and respect; commitment to BAYADA values (The BAYADA Way).
• Strength to follow a care plan and work with a supportive team.
