📋 Description

• Provide personal care services per written plan of care
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks
• Support clients to remain safe and independent at home
• Work with a nurse to implement care plans and document care provided
• Interact with clients with compassion, respect, and reliability
• Flexible shifts available (day, evening, weekend)

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing
• Minimum one year of work experience preferred
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within assigned counties
• Excellent communication and empathy; reliable and respectful
