📋 Description

• Define and drive Nexthink's architecture roadmap, across scale, resilience, AI integration.
• Hands-on contributor, owning architectural domains and driving them to production.
• Align architecture decisions with product roadmap and business objectives.
• Build a high-performing architecture team with shared practices and forums.
• Communicate architectural vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML tech and decide what belongs in the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience.
• Designing and delivering large-scale cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (microservices, distributed systems).
• AWS/Azure/GCP experience desirable.
• Meaningful exposure to AI and Machine Learning in the last two years.
• Director/Senior Director or VP level or Staff/Principal Architect experience.
