• Dive into code, designs, incidents, to diagnose root causes and guide direction.
• Own AI, optimization, scheduling, and enterprise-scale system decisions.
• Write prototypes, architecture docs, and design patterns to unblock teams.
• Make high-consequence technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Challenge architectural drift and complexity to reduce long-term risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale software systems.
• Previously served as Chief Architect or equivalent senior technical leader.
• Proven success designing multi-tenant SaaS for enterprise customers.
• Deep hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, APIs, and high availability.
• Proven ability to lead hands-on technical discussions with senior engineers.
• Experience making major architecture decisions for highly scalable, reliable systems.
