📋 Description

• Continuously evaluate existing platform architecture and suggest/implement transformative design
• Act as internal and external champion for AI, driving a culture of disruptive innovation and
• Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to Head of Engineering and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering/architecture experience with at least 4+ years dedicated to deep
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS), Zero
• Strong track record of designing, building, and maintaining distributed cloud architectures and
• Demonstrated ability to be an 'agent of change', highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting
• Proven experience elevating teams, leading by influence, coaching engineers, and upskilling entire
